About this plant: One of the most attractive Japanese flowering cherries. A small tree with spreading branches, great for shade or as a statement tree in the garden. Double-pink flowers open to white and hang on branches in long clusters. Later than other flowering cherries. Hardy.
Growing Conditions: will grow in most average soils, but the addition of deeply worked compost will ensure healthy growth. Plant in areas that are reasonable wind protected as strong winds will strip the flowers.
