About this plant: This is the darkest red-purple flowers of the magnolias from a young age. An excellent specimen tree. Deciduous and hardy a profusion of goblet-shaped blooms that are red-purple both inside and out. The flowers are up to 20cm wide and bloom in early spring, with the possibility of a second summer flowering in warm summers. It is an excellent street tree, with an upright and conical growth habit that is well-suited to areas with limited space.
